The CHIPS and Science Act is currently awaiting Biden's signature after Congress approved it last week. The legislation will promote domestic semiconductor production and research.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congressman Dan Kildee's legislation to restore retirement benefits to over 20,000 Delphi salaried retirees, including over 5,000 in Michigan, was passed in the House on Wednesday.

Kildee first introduced this legislation, the Susan Muffley Act, in March and on Wednesday it was passed by a vote of 254-175, with 218 Democratic and 36 Republican votes.

GENESEE COUNTY, MI — The Affordable Insulin Now Act, a bill introduced by U.S. Rep. Dan Kildee to cap insulin costs at $35 a month, passed in the U.S. House of Representatives.

The legislation received votes from both Republicans and Democrats on Thursday, March 31. The bill now moves on to the Senate and, if approved, could be signed into law by President Joe Biden.
